End-of-Year Teacher/Admin Bouquet

Is there a teacher, aide or someone from your son or daughter's school that you'd like to thank at the end of this school year? We will be delivering these beautiful "thank you" bouquets to all Cheltenham, Jenkintown & Abington schools the week of June 3rd. 
 
Recipients will receive a beautiful home-grown bouquet with a gift tag that says "Thank you for helping me bloom!" signed by your student. They will also receive a hand written 5x7 notecard with your personalized end-of-year thank you message. Please leave your message in the comments section when you check out and include the following details: 
1) Student Name
2) Student School
3) Teacher Name and Grade
4) Personalized Message from student
